We process your email address, game nickname, user identifier and the first name, last name and gender information you choose to provide. Email passwords and recovery codes are stored as protected hashes, not readable passwords. Sign in with Apple provides an Apple account identifier and, when shared by Apple, your name and email address. We never receive your Apple password.
Game data and online city
The Sabel APP service stores game progress, career tasks and results, virtual AZN balance, owned vehicles, garage customizations and virtual purchase records. Online play exchanges your nickname, avatar or vehicle and position and movement within the virtual city with other players. Other players do not receive your email, password or recovery code.
Virtual-city coordinates are game data. The game does not request your device's GPS location. Game photo captures are saved locally; the game does not upload your photo library.
Use and service providers
Account and game data are used to authenticate you, save and restore progress, operate gameplay and multiplayer, provide support and protect the service from misuse. Session credentials are kept in the iOS Keychain. Network addresses may be processed for service operation, rate limiting and security. Hosting and network providers process requests needed to deliver the service.
This release has no advertising, advertising tracking or third-party analytics enabled. We do not sell your personal data. AZN shown inside the game is virtual game currency; it is not a bank account, withdrawable cash or a promise of monetary value. Real-money balance packs are not enabled in this release.
Retention and account deletion
Account-linked game data is maintained while the account is active. You can request permanent deletion inside the game: open Settings, select My account, choose Delete account, read the warning and confirm. Deletion removes your account and its linked progress, virtual balance, vehicles, garage records and online membership. Local account credentials are cleared after the server confirms deletion. This action cannot be undone.
If you used Sign in with Apple, after deleting the game account also remove Sabel Driver access in your Apple Account settings. Follow Apple's instructions for stopping Sign in with Apple access. The game signs an Apple session out when it receives Apple's credential-revocation notification. Contact support if you cannot access your account to request deletion.
Your choices
You can edit your profile in My account, sign out, use an unspecified gender, and contact us about your stored information or privacy concerns. Account deletion is available within the app and does not require a support email.
